Maintenance
We offer a complete solution for all of your maintenance needs and work closely with our clients to ensure that the required process is followed from initial report to finalised sign off on all instructions. Electrical
We undertake all manner of electrical works from minor repairs to complete installations across the commercial sector. We have a wide network of approved electricians and work closely with our clients to ensure that the required works are done within the confirmed time frames and cost. With the availability for emergency and out of hours attendance we can react to any problem correctly and efficiently.
Plumbing
Our network of commercial plumbers are highly experienced in all aspects of water services and will always strive to provide the best possible service at all times. Our plumbers will always carry a large stock inventory onboard their vehicle’s and are available as a scheduled attendance or emergency call out.
Gas & Heating
All of our gas and heating engineers are Gas Safe registered, with a wealth of experience allowing us to cover a wide range of repairs and installations. They are able to undertake a fault finding and diagnostic process which enables them to conduct the necessary repairs efficiently and effectively without unnecessary time wasted. We are also able to provide fully qualified BMS (Building Management System) Engineers who are able to work on any systems.
Glazing
We offer a national 24 hour service for our commercial clients and all charges are confirmed in advanced of any works undertaken. Our glaziers are competent and fully experienced in all aspects of window repairs and installations. We also undertake works to shutters, signage and entrance doors.
Scaffolding
We provide an efficient, reliable and professional service. All of our works are fully insured, with all operatives trained and qualified. We cover all scaffolding requirements including access scaffolding, protection scaffolds, support scaffolds and temporary structures for any sized projects.
A/C Systems
We provide a complete service across internationally. This includes the supply, installation, repair and maintenance of all commercial systems. We can offer advice and guidance in relation to the correct system that would work best for our clients and offer tailored solutions for any size premises.
Flooring
Our commercial flooring specialists have a wide range of experience in both soft and hard flooring and if required can work outside of our clients operating schedule to minimise the impact on their daily schedule. We offer a complete service based on free estimates, supply of materials and fitting. We can also undertake the installation of resin based flooring which gives a smooth durable finish.
Pest Control
Our pest control service covers all aspects of possibilities to include mice, rodent eradication, bird removal and insect control. All of our operatives are highly experienced in the process of removing and prevenying pest from reentering the premisies.
Fire Safety Services
W can undertake the full spectrum of the fire safety services from risk assessments, fire evacuation plans, fire alarm testing, annual testing for fire extinguishers and compliance. We are able to conduct there services on any sized building and can look after our clients needs in order to comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
Environmental Services
With vast experience in the environmental sector we can undertake all legal responsibilities including water, sanitation and hygiene. We can produce risk assessments in relation to legionella and carry out the scheduled testing in accordance with legal requirements. We can also undertake large scale environmental cleans within commercial premises which includes a fully risk assessment and method statement prior to works, COSHH data for all products used.
